Research medical grade assessment tools allow our professionals to obtain accurate assessments of the client’s body, it’s metabolic function, and takes the guesswork out of building the best individualized fitness protocol for each client.
Body scans are the new high standard for monitoring progress. All our clients start with a baseline Fit3D scan. Our expert trainers utilize this data to document progress. An accurate scan creates a 3D model (avatar), providing an image of the client’s body. Extremely accurate data of body measurements, posture analysis, and additional data is gathered and recorded. This allows us to accurately calculate body fat and to highlight changes in the shape and/or to set goals.
The Quark CPET is the ideal solution for the assessment of the body’s response to physiological and metabolic states of health. The medical and research grade quality components and super-fast analyzers assure unsurpassed accuracy, reliability and real breath-by-breath analysis of pulmonary gas exchange, even during high intensity exercise.

- Classes may evolve and additional sessions may be offered depending upon demand.
- 3D-FitScan assessments may also be purchased as desired $45/ 1 scan or $350/10 scans
- CPET Metabolic System assessments are available for $200
- If there is not sufficient enrollment for a class by 24 hours prior to class start time the class will be canceled. Please see specific class details for minimum number of participants.
